Take this however u want;
The guy sellin the bike contacted me and I looked at it late last week. The price jumped from $4500 to $4800 for whatever reason. The bike looks like it was low sided on the left side. It didn't have frame sliders for whatever reason so the bike got a good taste of the road. The guy first told me he downed it at 30+ mph, then when I was there it changed to 60+ mph crash story. The lower plastic was gone, the upper left plastic was rashed but since it was black it wasnt as noticeable, the headlight plastic seemed like it was broken to a point it needed to be replaced, both mirrors were gone and the headlight stay on the left side was completely broken off.
To top if off, after waiting 20 mins to actually see the bike (judging by the water dripping off the bike they had washed it) there was conveniently a honda service tech standing next to the bike as I looked at it and was telling the guy he's thinking about buying it and that he will let him know after his lunch break... :rolleyes:
I believe the owner said he will be fixing some of the parts/plastics etc., so maybe it was still a good deal. Who really knows but I all I do know is that I can tell when I'm waste high in BS.

Ive heard that before! There's always conveniently someone lookin to buy it right when you're there lookin at bikes! :rolleyes: and yeah after the story changing I would agree that it sounds fishy. :eek3:

i thought i was getting scammed myself when it happened... but this story reaks of a scam.

ur a genius, how is that a scam ??? its working for ur advantage, it shows that you have people interested in the bike. what is alarming is the dude changing his story about the speed of the lay down this shows that he's not an honest person. however the price going up is nothing he probably thought that he can do better or someone told him that. i mean a clean 600rr for 4500 thats a super good deal.
