can you degree in stock cams and see a difference or is it just aftermarket,yosi cam,ect, i have a gsxr1000 01 model and i am just woundering?

Yes, optimizing cam timing can achieve a performance increase.

even with the stock cams.
degreeing the cams will play with the powerband not sure if you would want to try it with stock cams as the result may not be worth it

its worth it. bikes dont come from the factory at their full potential. usually the cam timing is a little off. some bikes more than others. thats why you can the same brand of bike brand new and they will make different hp numbers

+1 As said, the performance gains will vary depending on how far out from "optimum" your cams currently are.
Unless you're racing the bike, you won't really gain much vs. the expense.
I'd recommend either swapping exhaust cams or installing Yosh cams and degreeing those.
