View Full Version : Say i break into your house......

Got this one fromo a friend the other day, different perspective for the protests the last few days......
Let's say I break into your house...
Recently large demonstrations have taken place across the country
protesting the fact that Congress is finally addressing the issue of
illegal immigration.
Certain people are angry that the US might protect its own borders,
might make it harder to sneak into this country and, once here, to
stay indefinitely.
Let me see if I correctly understand the thinking behind these protests.
Let's say I break into your house.
Let's say that when you discover me in your house, you insist that I
leave.
But I say, "I've made all the beds and washed the dishes and did the
laundry and swept the floors.
I've done all the things you don't like to do.
I'm hard-working and honest except for when I broke into your house."
According to the protesters:
You are Required to Let me stay in your house.
You are Required to add me to your family's insurance plan.
You are Required to Educate my kids.
You are Required to Provide other benefits to me and to my family.
My husband will do all of your yard work because he is also
hard-working and honest, except for that breaking in part.
If you try to call the police or force me out, I will call my friends
who will picket your house carrying signs that proclaim my RIGHT to be
there.
It's only fair, after all, because you have a nicer house than I do,
and I'm just trying to better myself. I'm a hard-working and honest, person, except for well, you know, I
did break into your house. And what a deal it is for me!!!
I live in your house, contributing only a fraction of the cost of my
keep, and there is nothing you can do about it without being accused
of cold, uncaring, selfish, prejudiced, and bigoted behavior.
Oh yeah, I DEMAND that you learn MY LANGUAGE!!! so you can communicate
with me.
Why can't people see how ridiculous this is?! Only in America !

That is the stupidest shit I've heard in..... today... :BangHead:
That doesn't make any sense because when it comes right down to it, then we pretty much "have to let every mofkr in our house who built our shit.... ???
Meaning people from all of Asia... I don't hear them complaining. Okay maybe that's not such a good comparison.. (I really need to form my thoughts on this). It just doesn't make sense. My dad busted his ass to get his citizenship and makes a good amount of money and did this ALL ON HIS OWN. They need to as well.
And if some dumb ass came at me with that approach, we are going to have some problems.
:BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead:

Here's my wife's story on how she became a US citizen.
When she was seven years old, her mom took her and her younger brother and sister out of the Saigon (Vietnam) down to a fishing village on the coast and paid for passage on one of three boats leaving that night. During the voyage, one boat was attacked by pirates and another sank due to weather. Her's was the only boat to make it to Malaysia, where they sent the next year in a refugee camp.
ONE FREAKIN YEAR
During that time, they had to wait for proper papers and permission to clear the State Department in order to enter the US as LEGAL Aliens. In 1981 when they were finally allowed to come into the US, my mother-in-law with the help of a local Baptist church (even though she was a Buddhist) secured housing and a job (as a seamstress) as well as signed up for English classes. All three children went to school (full imerssion ... no bi-lingual crap). All three eventually gained citizenship by fullfilling ALL the requirements which took many years. All three children ended up going to and graduating from the University of Southern California (Fight on Trojans!).
So here's a single mom, raising three children on her own. Risks their lives to leave a hostile country (one we abandond and left to the wolves), spent a year in a refugee camp. Works hard, does everything the right way, the LEGAL way so that her children would have a better life. I understand that these illegal aliens just want a chance at a better life, but cripes ... obey our laws, follow the rules, learn our language and for heaven's sake, at least pretend like you like us.

We keep getting it pounded into our heads that illegals do jobs "Americans" don't want.
However I heard state representative Ted Poe say that if you are in or just out of high school you can't get an entry level job any more cuz illegals are taking them.
Think about it, mowing lawns, bussing tables, working in a warehouse, construction... all these were jobs teenagers used to do to gain experience. Now drive by a new neighborhood and see how many teens are working there.
It's just bulls**t propaganda that nobody else wants to do this work. Somebody else was doing it 20 years ago.

If I came home to find that someone was in my house I believe I would shoot first and ask questions later like, who did my dishes and made my beds and did my laundry and then begin cpr because I hate house work:keke: :keke: :keke: :keke: :keke:
