Has anyone ever used these? What's your take on them?

Sprocket Specialists used to market something like that a few years ago. It didn't fare to well.

For less than that just put an AFAM sprocket on it and forget about it.

had one, GarbaGE!

DID ERV3 chain ate it up, chain adjustments every 1200 miles. Went to a AFAM sprocket and new DID VMII chain and haven't needed an adjustment until 4k miles later. The sprocket either is crappy steel or bad heat treatment, to make things worse it was on a 600cc so it probly would wear even faster with a 1L.

I ran across it on a Google search... but I've been trying to decide which to go with AFAM or Renthal Sprockets... but I thought these looked interesting anyway.

thrust or sprocket Specialists, then maybe a renthal! no vortex or afam's...i've read on other forums of afams cracking.

Is this just something you read, or an actual documented problem with a number of bikes (i.e. gsxr frame issues)? If its a real issue, provide a few links so i can read up on it, b/c I have one on my track bike.

I've never heard of an issue with AFAM either.

I've used them on my own as well as my customers race bikes for years with no problems. Matter of fact, I've still got some left over gearing from the 636 last year and it still looks brand new!

I've also used them on many street bikes, including a bunch of long distance / high mileage sprot tourers with excellent results.
