woooot woooot.
I got to sit across the table from an older dude that felt like he had to chain smoke each break period, then come in and proceed to cough and clear flem every few minutes or so and not even cover his mouth or turn his head:eek3:
I finally said
"Look, I am going to have to ask you to cover your mouth when you cough!" (I am scooted all the way as far away from him as I could w/o sitting in the guy behind me lap.) "Look at me ! I cant move any further away !":
he was like:eek3:
He apologized and didnt do it at all after that.
Even though I had the phlegm daddy trying to distract me, I still aced the written test, yup folks, thats a score of 100 to you and me:nod: .
The class was presented in a very professional and actually, interesting manner.
After lunch break, we got to rock the new 250's from Kawasaki, mine had .02 miles on the odo.
I had a blast doing all the manuevers and laps, was fun peg scraping the new bike.
Thanks ED for doing such a superior job :icon_thum
I recommend this class and most importantly, the personality of Ed to any noobie rider:nod:
Todays Instruction recieves a two thumbs up from the Scooter:icon_thum :icon_thum
that is all, there is always tomorrows lessons:nod:

yup, I know him from the early racing days of H.I.

I have a question - slightly off-topic...Does anyone know how you become an MSF instructor? I thought it would be fun as a weekend-type thing.

Send an email to instructors@awesomecycles.com and they'll get you all the info.

you should have taken the course over at mancuso or something, they stick you on buells and let you play on their Harley's. they actually tried to sell us bikes while we were taking the class but stopped pressing me to get a fatboy after I failed their course:icon_bigg .

I'd recommend the class as well. If anyone hasnt taken the basic course, and there's an opportunity get in one of Ed's classes - get after it.

Among other things, the class helps show you areas in your riding you need to work on - at least it did fer me.

...and maybe I won't run over any more dogs now :laughing6

Piping should look great in black w/ all black couplers.
