....AUSTIN - Texas would become the first state to sell lottery tickets online under legislation approved Monday by a state legislative panel.

Under the bill passed by the state House Appropriations Committee, players also could pay for lottery tickets with a debit card and establish a Texas Lottery Commission account that would draw down as they bought tickets.

The proposal was inserted in a larger bill, which would allow motorists to display one license plate on the rear of a vehicle....

man..i crashed on thursday night...copper didn't give me a ticket...i got outta hospital on friday...saturday morning I went to work...i was leaving my neighborhood, and got pulled right before I got out of my neighborhood....reason? "I pulled you over because you had no front license plate"...then he gave me a ticket for "expired registration, no drivers license, and no insurance" on my CAR....i was sooo dazed that morning, I forgot that my license and insurance were in my motorcycle jacket...damn him...he didn't even give me a ticket for no front plate or even made me put it back on....

Negative. That was Chuck, and old member of this board that after a motorcycle accident quit riding. Nice guy. The crashed car in his avatar is his Nissan 300Z after he sold it and the new owner crash it a few days after buying the car from Chuck.. It was on the news.
