Once agian pat came threw for me bike looks great and he did it for a great price....I just wanna give a big thanks to pat and the whole motorcycle unlimited crew for there hard work and outstanding performance. You guys are the best.

To the new peeps on here there may be other shops but you wont find one as dedicated and curtious as this one. Pat and his crew do awasome work and they will make you happy no questions asked. The man will even talk you out of buying something if you dont need it or he doesnt think it will make you very happy tell me how many people will do that.

Thanks agian motorcycles unlimited for once agian making me a happy customer and i will continue to promote your shop and tell everybody i see to come say hello....

I've noticed they have offered to look at peoples bikes for them free of charge quite a bit lately. I'm all for a good price and everything, but customer service is what really makes a difference to me. Not to mention all of the positive feedback I see about them. My warranty runs out in March, and if I ever need any 'help' afterwards, it's because of that I'll be stopping by myself.:hello:

Agree with B.S on Pat & crew talking you out of the stuff if you don't need it. Paid my 1st visit to the shop after hearing a lot about them. Good experience & the guys were pretty helpful at explaining stuff.

I recently went to MU for a rear tire change. The guys did an excellent job with the tire change, however they also did a safety inspection and lubed the chain as part of the service, no charge. Value-added service like this is what makes MU stand apart from the other dealerships in Houston, not to mention, fair pricing and a relaxed environment. :notworthy

It is a comforting feeling isn't it? Every bike I have owned started with a trip to MU to get the suspension adjusted and a good look over. :icon_thum

And that is exactaly why i go back its 50 miles from my house and 120 miles from my fiances house there are gobs of shops much closer but they cant compete with moto unlim. The first time i showed up he greated me by name i wasted his time lol and didnt by anything next time he greeted me by name and helped me with my selection of pipes...Iv even called him about a problem i had with my truck and he took the time to explain to me what was going on....This last time i went in to have all the work done on the bike they did extra work came in under the quote and still answered my questions....

That is why i choose to give pat all of my buisness and to refer him..

To carlos he replaced the fairing stay,sub frame, fairing slider, mirrers, blinkers and rewired all the lights, bent out a few brackets replaced a few bolts for my clutch lever oil change new rear tire (pissed me off lol had 500 miles on the old one damned nails) told check over looks like they even washed it up lol....and most of all his stamp of approval...I didnt have them replce the plastics becouase they where close to 1300 bucks and i ran out of cash lol....
