...as much as I absolutely hate to admit it, he just may be able to do it and if not...I guarantee he will sue and win based on what the Supreme Court Justices will perceive the meaning behind these words to be:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion..."

There are only a few options here:

1) Allow him to swear on the Koran

2) Disallow him to swear on the Koran, he sues, wins and ultimately expedites the process of multiculturalism

3) Discontinue the practice of taking up an oath upon any religious text altogether
