Dropped my bike off last weekend (the weekend before Thanksgiving) and Patrick took care of me pretty damn fast. Some of you may remember my "tranny/clutch" issue.

Well, after as far as he could diagnose the bike over the phone we decided the bike needed to be dropped off for a "quick look". Well,a quick look fixed my problem (too much pressure in the clutch line) and after installing a new clutch lever (my clutch adjuster broke) it cost me a total of $24. He even stored the bike for me for a week while I was in Chicago (I don't think he wants that to be the situation everytime though). My point is, the bike wouldn't move when I dropped it off. It was something very minor and his crew fixed me up. He could have told me it was my clutch flux-capacitor and charged me a couple hundred bucks, but no...not the case. Honest service and very trustworthy. Thanks again guys!:icon_thum :notworthy

thats awesome to know you have somneone you can trust. When I had my offshore boat, I knew a guy in Pasadena I could carry it to and he would repair what was needed and only what was needed, not a bunch of made up bs.
Its refreshing to see that being fair and honest is not totally gone from our society.
