nothin.

the owners manual tells you how to do simple stuff like program your clock.
it tell you what to air pressure to put in the tires etc...

the service manual (you could call it repair manual) tells you how to rebuild the engine and other various maintenance tasks, like rebuilding the clutch, adjusting valves, changing spark plugs etc.

owners manual = for owners.
service manual = for the mechanics, or for owners who want to do their own mechanical stuff (like me! :nod: :icon_thum )
