2003 Raceworx R6 Race/Trackbike FS/FT

Oil and filter changed after every ride at the track with Motul 5100 and new Yamaha 5GH filter. The bike has never has anything other than C16 or U4 ran through it. I'm looking to get an '04-'05 GSX-R600 or possibly a 636/6RR in a trade or $5500obo. The bike is located in Angleton (about 40 miles south of Houston). BILL OF SALE ONLY! Will come with copy of bill of sale from last owner as well, bike makes 118whp and 49.8wtq on U4... insanely fast 600.

What kinda work went into the supersport motor?

Ported head, degreed cams, milled head... basically everything you can do to the motor and keep it superstock legal in the CMRA.

I will send the hi-res pics when I get home from work tonight... I've never run anything but race gas in it and with the motor being built I can't honestly recommend it. If you'd like to know call Jim Cambora at Raceworx, he is the one that built the entire bike.

Yea i'm looking for a 03-05 R6 or an 03-05 GSXR600. I want it to be safety wired and already have race plastics on it, with some spares (wheels and tank is what i really want). But i'm really just looking for a good deal.

I dont wanna spend more then $3.5-$4k. So i might have to wait a little more.

I've spoken to both parties and both of them are willing to have their bikes looked over by a 3rd party.

Sure PM me with any questions/details you have. I can inspect a bike myself - but i seem to get emotionally attached to my toys :eh: , so i'll be taking a CMRA/track junkie that knows his stuff and can appraise it for me and tell me what its needs done and etc etc. It always help to have a 3rd party with you, while inspecting the bike and buying.

But lets not whore this thread...PM me if you have any questions/details.

Bring a mechanic if you want, I have no qualms with anyone taking a look at the bike. I will return all calls that I've missed about lunch time.
