Looks like you're off to another good start. Your style is uncommon yet you have a good eye for the overall layout of the bikes IMO. Just remember. . .with originality comes criticism. Take the good with the bad and keep on keeping on. I'm looking forward to watching the build.

Thanks man it feels good to put my heart and soul into a bike and have someone be proud to ride it.

The goal here is to give people who wreck their bikes another option rather than rebuilding to stock.

Heck one day these customs might be worth as much or more than a stock one.

This bike has a clear Tx. title not salvaged with only 6000miles. I plan on asking around 4700 for this one.

That subframe is interesting. Is it aluminum?
looks like a LOT of work went into it...

Thanks, interesting is what I was going for. It is actually steel tubing. That particular one took around 5 hrs to design and build. I sell variations of this for around 200.

God that reminds me so much of my F4i build hehe :)

That seems cheap considering the time spent designing and making it.

Damn, this looks like another episode of the Harris County Cycles without the father son drama and with sport bikes instead of choppers.

It is cheap, but my theory is this, if I can produce a subframe that looks good and functionally replaces the stock for people with the ugly banana seat or someone who looped their bike, then the price will follow the trend. The cool thing is that i'm in the process of building a removable passenger seat to "clip" on to the short frame. I have been building custom motorcycles from scratch at times, since early 2007. I am trying to build a name in the industry.

Don't let it discourage you bro. You gotta do it because you love it, it will keep your creations more and more innovative!

Patience- it will take the right buyer, but they'll be along.

I had a bite on the white GSXR sportbobber but the guy's chick wouldn't go for the deal unless she could ride sometimes. So I give you the start of the detachable passenger subframe. I'm dubbing it +1. It has to route the exhaust under the new seat and out the back but be removable without messing with the look of the bobbed tail. This is the mock up of JUST the exhaust and the basic frame of the seat. Tomorrow I am building the actual subframe and the foot pegs. The goal is to fit it into a back pack you can wear to the club riding solo and if you pick up a lady or a guy depending on the club lol. Just unzip bolt it on and roll out.

I'd rock one of those subframes on my stunt bike. Nice bike so far.

I actually build subframes strictly for stunt bikes. As you can see we all stunt here at the shop. I build an unbendable unbreakable frame with footpegs and round bar

I stopped by this guy's shop a couple weeks ago. He looks to be a whiz with a welder/grinder. I really liked what I saw in there. His F4i build looks to be a killer. I am eagerly watching this thread.

FYI, I also liked the exhaust tip.

Thanks man it was good to meet you in person as well. I appriciate all the compliments. The F4i is a gas tank, and some assembly away from being done. The tip was cool, it just didn't fit what I was going for. I think it took away from the subframe. I think I'm going to do something more like the CBR1000 GZ Freak on this one. I'm also straying from the norm with the headlight. The acibis was neat on the white GSXR but I would like to see this one look more refined, so I think a single headlight like a teardrop or a diamond shape piece would compliment the shape and colors better. BTW thanks to all the hits from this forum on the GSXR, when you type Sportbobber into Google Images my bike (that sold yesterday) shows up on the first and second page. That really keeps me doing what I'm doing day in and day out. Thanks a MILLION Motohouston for all the support.
