What are some good jacket brands that will fit a 5'6-5'7 135-140 guy with a 35" chest? I cant seem to find ones that fit right

Try Dainese

+1.. for some reason, my dainese vs Bilt or Joe rocket fits very snug with some wiggle room. They have a Dainese that is like 20-30$ over 200$ that is leather and Mesh and breathes very nicely.

I have a flimsy Bilt mesh that breathes epic.. but will vaporize on impact.. lol..
The Dainese is kinda like it.. just more protection.. and the 600-800$ Dainese is very nice for winter.. I just can't rock it in summer time. Hope this helps.

Did you just put Alpinestars in the same group as Dainese? That's like putting a, "Perfect_White_GT" in the same category as a Perfect Black Corvette......lol..... :D
Only kidding.... I loved Alpinestars jackets until I lost so much weight, and because I have long arms they quit fitting me right.

phil7153.... Another you can look into is the Icon Arc textile..... They seems to hold up pretty well. The Mesh version did alright for me when I went down at about 35 mph, but had I been going just a little faster at the time it would have seriously failed.

same here. XS too. 5'7ish and ~130lbs. Still enough room inside the jacket to stuff the kolaches for the couple blocks to work. :D
It's a pain to find XS stuff.
I was SWIMMING in a tourmaster small. Would've offered no protection.

Thats a tough one. Don't take this wrong, but you're kinda small for a guy.

Dianese and A* do make them that small. Tourmaster does go down to an XS I believe as does First Gear, but its going to depend upon the specific jacket.

You might find it feasible to have one custom made. Don't know the style you're looking for, but there are some good manufacturers out there in every price range for custom stuff.

Here's a couple at opposite ends of the price spectrum:

http://www.teizms.com/ - Teiz Motorsports. Dont let the price fool you. They get good reviews.

http://www.langlitz.com/ - VERY reasonable for what you're getting, but plan to drop something north of $600.

This is almost becoming offensive.

I'm not gay - you're not my type - and I've about had it.

Please take your bitching and homophobia away from my thread, thank you. Everyone has a life choice and there is nothing wrong with that

So, I just noticed that my burnout jacket is missing the left shoulder armor :-/

I just stole the hard plastic set out of my TourMaster. I kinda like the hard plastic better than the high density foam anyways, but still kinda sucks it was missing something.

When you get around to upgrading to leather take a look at the RS-Taichi line. They are a Japanese manufacturer and their jackets and suits tend to have a much slimmer cut. At 5'-8" and 150lbs a size 40 fits me like a glove. They are expensive, but they are worth it. I've crash tested the jacket a lot on faster minis and the suit is holding up great after a few big bike track crashes.

I have the same jacket, got the same deal from SBTG. It's a good jacket, but it doesn't breathe at all, and is hot as hell. I got a Speed and Strength moment of truth mesh jacket. Doesn't fit as well as the scorpion, but obviously breathes a lot better. I'll keep the Scorpion for the cooler months.

Take the liner out and open all the vents. It breathes man. It feels like you are wearing a wife-beater while cruising down the road.

I dunno, I did all that......not breezy enough for me. I love the S&S mesh I got.
