I so agree with him... Anyone with a camera can pursuade an audience to believe anything they want them to believe!!! I've been thinking about this question. He's not an idiot and he's not inarticulate.
He's behaviour reminds me of someone who's being 'put on the spot'. His knowledge is very limited and I doubt he studies his speeches before attempting to read them to the country.

I just feel he is the wrong person for the present job. It's unfortunate that both parties present such poor candidates. we should be able to find better candidates then what we have/are offered. McCain would get my vote if the op would present itself. See i'm not a die hard liberal as some may think just really pissed off at the current situation we have been put in.

Bush an idiot? I think not. He graduated Yale. Genious? I have no idea without knowing his I.Q. I will say this, however. I like to hear him and watch him speak. He's not as articulate as Clinton but I can see Bush's heart when he speaks - as if he's speaking to the people, not the camera. That, to me, makes up for a lot.

Give the guy credit, he IS the President of the United States. Most people would consider him to be the most powerful person in the world. He's not an idiot but he also doesn't have some of the public speaking skills of past presidents. When it comes to blaming us for his shortcomings (if you believe that to be true), that's difficult to do. We judge a person in his position based on how the media portrays him. I'm quite sure that nobody here has the privilege of knowing what he knows and the process in which he makes his decisions. That is where the party comes into play. In most cases, you vote for a person because they are affiliated with the party of your choice. You elect that person as a trustee hoping that they will do what is best for the country, which may or may not be best for you as an individual.

Everyone who voted for a democratic candidate for President in the last two elections in the state of Texas had their votes discarded by the Electoral College.
The only way to change the current system from the Electoral College to a popular vote system is to pick up a gun and start a revolution.
Why,
Because the Electoral College system of electing representatives helps both parties maintain a virtual monopoly by eliminating the possibility of any other political group or organization from gaining ground and electing someone to a national office. It benefits both by maintaining their duel power struggle, which is why it is still in use. It only benefits the DNC and the GOP, not the people for which elected government is supposed to serve.
The Electoral College system perpetuates the two party system which chooses who you will vote for for you and DOES NOT allow you to choose who will represent you.
