Anyone here have personal experience with a local orthopedic surgeon or ankle/foot specialist? I have some hardware that was installed in my ankle back in 03 and the doctor who did the original surgery is in Chicago so that's kind of out of the question.
I've been experiencing some pretty nasty pain with the change in weather and I think it would be smart just to have it checked out. My original surgeon mentioned that I may have to have the hardware removed later down the road, so here I am. I have insurance via BCBS and will probably wait until the 1st of the yr so I can rack up money spent on my deductible.

Nolla and Stavinoha were Mine..I like Nolla better but Stavinoha was a bit nerdy for me but both were right on target. They are both out of Kelsey Seabold Spring location just west of Motorcycles Unlimited...I would cut and paste link but work has disabled that option...but google Kelsey Seabold Orthopedics Houston and Look under specialist and they have their year book pic there with contact info

did you use them for reconstructive surgery? not just set, cast and heal....but internal reconstruction.

A few years ago I shattered my heal bone and went to Dr. Beckman off I-10 near gessner. I had read alot of things online about how I would not be able to walk without a cane and it would take a year to heal blah blah blah. He had me up and going with no problems in 2-3 months. I would def give him any recommendation.
