Hey, was wondering if anyone knew of any fork sliders that would fit on a VFR. I got some Motovation frame sliders, but I'd like to add the further protection... yes they would do some good because when I went down last year, the end of the axle got ground down a little.

I'd also like to put something comparable on the passenger peg brackets. They are a perfect point for a pending plop on the pavement... yeesh! stupid alliteration :happy3:

Anyway, any ideas for what would work there?

Thanks!

yeah, VFRD was the first place I went, but they went off-line sometime in the last few months (that's how long it's been since I went there) :crying:

if those are the one's i'm thinking of. they are pretty serious ones and worth the $. i have some "mushrooms" that would provide a lil protection, but not like those RG's.

if i had a newish bike, i'd go w/ teh RG's

Because the VFR doesn't have a hollow axle it's problematic to mount sliders on the axle.
I'll try to do some research and let you know.
