hey,
first off, I just changed my gas tank out for a different cause mine was busted up.
and then starts the problem that I am having.
Problems starts out, I changed the tank, kept the same fuel filter and seal. I put about a gallon of gas in it lets say sunday. I take it out wednesday and it runs fine, only go about 5 miles or so. Take it out to go to work friday I make it about 10 miles before the fuel light comes ON, 1 mile later I am stuck on the side of the road.
I know that there is no way that 1 gallon of gas can be gone in a matter of 20 miles or less.
Today, I take my bike out, I had filled it up this yesterday, ride about 40 miles and all of a sudden my fuel light comes ON again, but this time it is ON and blinking at me. So I stop to see if it is leaking or anything, but no and I still have atleast half a tank or so in it. Filled it up tonight and decided to come straight back to the house for safety issues. The whole way home, with a full tank of gas the FUEL WARNING light is on.
If anyone knows what might be going on, please help me out.
