friend took it and it trying to convince me ... but i dunno how much i trust any hgh or anything where i have to take liver pills and estrogen blockers
end desired goal ... 10-15lbs addition ... been stuck ~195 forever and a day, would love to be 210-215
right now just taking serious mass and all the other goodies that goes with putting on weight

HGH is dangerous. People don't understand what it really does. It's not like your typical testorone steroid. Everything grows on HGH, including your organs. Do you feel like spending the money to have test ran regularly to make sure your liver isn't too big, or your heart???

just got back into more weight lifting as I have been maintaining the cut look i want through pure calisthenics workouts.
for diet now i am trying 3 big meals 2-3 smalls between, serious mass 2x a day, yes healthy meals which is a pain in the ass but oh well.
havent had a body fat test in a while but overall 6'3-6'4 198 last time i was on the scale.
now im looking to try and put on that 10-15 lbs to fill out a bit but maintain a nice physique, not want a "bulky" look
like i said reason i asked is friend suggested it but im like ehhhhhhhhhh so i wanted other opinions.
i have a friend who does fitness comps and body builder stuff and got the yes/no from them after they researched the product

That's pretty solid. Well, eating "healthy" is relative to a lot of people, and in some cases it really doesn't matter. Do you know about how many calories your eating a day?
I know a lot of people think they have a good idea just by guessing, but you would be surprised at how far off you are when you actually count. If you're 198 and you are 'cut' at all you are probably no more than 14%bf and no less than 10%. I would say if you aren't eating at LEAST 3100 calories a day, you're going to have trouble gaining weight.
I just 'assumed' your bf% to be 11. So you can decide if that's high or low for yourself. At 11% bf @ 198lbs you have about 176lbs of lean body mass. That just means if you were in a coma your body would need about 2700 calories a day to NOT lose weight. So to gain weight as you know, you need to up that amount by smaller increments until you are at a good steady gain. I would start with about 500 above maintenance and see how much fat you gain and decide if you like it or not before you change it :shrug:

:keke: Yeah, i don't blame you man.
The thing is, if you count EVERYTHING you eat in one day, just one day, you'll get a good idea of what it SHOULD look like. The good thing about gaining is you can never really do it wrong... it would just take more time. Cutting, as you probably know is a bit different.
It just boils down to simple science. If you aren't eating MORE calories than your body needs/burns throughout the week, you WILL NOT gain weight. Contrary, if you are eating MORE calories than your body needs/burns throughout the week, you WILL NOT lose any weight :hs:
So easy, so hard.

Hell yea that's a good idea. It gets boring and what not,but really how can you go wrong ya know? I do the same thing. I would rather take the time to write everything I eat/life one time, than spend FOREVER trying to figure out why my body isn't changing.

Off the top of my head, I can't think of a particular name brand. I bet if you picked up any musclebulding rag you'd see ads for several, though. I don't bother with any of it as it is all crap....it doesn't work.

I don't know, that's a pretty vague statement. I think it depends on what you buy, how you use it, and what you're expecting.

I see a problem with your first sentence. If you are wanting to put on mass, don't burn it off.
This is just my opinion, and everyone else has theres, but i have been working out in different aspects for a long time. and i think this is the best way to put on some mass. First your diet is KEY. there are no "legal" wonder drugs out there. You have to eat good and put only good stuff in your meals. Someone mentioned milk, i agree, got whole milk, or raw milk if you can handle it. secondly, a ton of protein. not shakes, most of them just have fillers and crap in them, protein that is found in food. also, you need some good fats, nuts and seed, and olive oil, etc. not too much though.
As far as workouts. you don't want cardio, you will only burn off what you ate and not put anything on. you need heavy lifting and just a little cardio mixed in.
IMO, find a Crossfit gym in your area, they are all over town, and go in and do a workout. I promise they will get your diet in check, and definately kick your butt in a workout.

Start adding half cup old fashioned oatmeal with flaxseed oil to your protein shakes(blended obviously)
Make shake with casein protein, oatmeal, peanut butter before bed
These calories add up fast
If you start getting too soft, exercise more/up intensity

rage makes really good prohormones. I did their VCUTS and it was awesome. My trainer says the results are very close to that of winstrol. but if its methylated your gonna need a liver support and be mindfull of any lower back pain which could mean kidney stones or liver enzymes are reaching through the roof. and be sure to take a good PCT. Novedex xt worked well for me.

Prohormones are totally in your head. If they actually worked, they'd be classified as steriods and banned as such. However, what they do is convince a user that they're "on" which makes them do all the right things in the gym and at the table.

anyway they work for me and the same as any product you are going to have people that say they work for them and people that say other wise. my blood test showed my test levels to be elevated above normal. but it's in my head. go figure. :shrug:

I've taken 1,4AD and have two friends that are idiot and got kidney stones from PH. And no, I'm not trying to start a debate or sound aggressive in any way, only stating that my encounters with bodybuilders and PH's are very real and not "in my head"

I did a 12 week cycle of 500 mg weekly of Sustanon and 25mg daily of dbol x 6 weeks. I had liver values checked before and 2 weeks after the end of the cycle. The values were not substantially higher and I have never had kidney stones. My test levels were over 1000 though.
Your friends were likely dehydrated. Either way stones would not prove their effectiveness at all. It proves they are a waste of money to me.

I didn't really like it. I am 5,10 he got me to 202 lbs so we switched it up to more of a lean look now I am at 189 lb but more of a cut up Ghana lots of mass hit me and I will tell you a few things he did

Eat every thing you can get your hands on, and lift heavy.
When you eat clean try to eat at least 2.5 grams of protein for every pound of body weight. For me that would be 487.5 grams of protein. Fuck sure sounds like a lot huh, not if you split it up into 6 small meals a day.
Pack on the pounds doing heavy compound exercises, deadlifts, squats, bench presses. Don't worry so much about the beach muscles, biceps, or abs. Work your arms doing pull ups.
Compound exercises will help you pack ont he pounds faster than standing infront of the mirror faster than plain ole bicep curls.

It is hard, but definately do able. I was drinking isopure zero carb at every meal, it has 50 grams of protein per serving.
Looking at an old food log I have the following for an entry,
breakfast was a bowl of regular oatmeal, an Isopure shake, @ 55 grams of protein total
snack time @ 9:00, a shake, and 4 hard boiled eggs, no yokes, @ 75 grams of protein.
Lunch, lean steak or chicken, brocolli, water. @ 50 Grams of protein dependent on meat selection and cut
Snack time, @ 2:00, can of starkist, light tune packed in water, with a protein shake, 62 grams of protein.
Dinner time basically same as lunch, @ 50 grams of protein
Night time snack, Cottage cheese with chocolate whey protein mixed in, @ 65 grams of protein.
Preworkout shake, @ 30 grams of protein.
Afterworkout shake with 1 cup of cottage cheese blended in and 1/2 cup of oatmeal. @ 70 grams of protein, tastes like shit though.
This puts me around 425-450 grams of protein a day.
It's hard as hell but if you pay attention to what you eat and when you eat it can be done. I packed on a fair amount of weight before I got sick.
I got up to 205, only being 5'4" and having a 30 inch waist, but that has all gone to shit.
Just bought a shit load of bumbells and a rack, getting ready to start hit it again, but fuck i am still sore from carting all they shit into the weight room at home.
I got single dumbells at the house that weigh from 10-80 pounds in sets. Farmer carrying those fuckers Saturday from where I picked them up, and when I put them in my weight room has kicked my ass something major.
