Lately I have not been able to sleep, what do yall do when you can't sleep?
I clean, get on MH and make gay threads like this one, post comments on Myspace, and to make myself tired I read old threads!!!

exercise will help with your sleep. or go to wal-mart and buy some melatonin. your body produces(releases) melatonin when the sun goes down. take two and sleep like a baby. hope this helps

I typically don't have a problem falling asleep. It's that I'm an INCREDIBLY light sleeper. The slightest noise will awaken me. When I'm awakened, it's almost impossible for me to fall asleep again. I take 1 Tyl. PM and that does the trick.

my mom was on Ambien for a little while and i took one for shit's and giggles, and wow.. it didn't make me fall asleep(maybe cause i just woke up a few hrs before i took it), but instead i started to see shit. I never really like pharm. drugs, so i recommend just to smoke pot, get the munchies, and eat till you pass out. I sleep good when that happens.
