Ok so I guess I'll start my own thread to help me motivate myself too ;)

Started actually eating better for the first time in my life. Well.. I stopped drinking sodas 5 months ago so I guess the 2nd time but this is food related. I only eat lean things and protein ect. Its a little more complicated then that but it's a start ;P

anyway, I've been working out so far 5-6 days a week at least hitting 24/h fitness hard and im still doing cardio for two hours twice a week inbetween.

I'll post up some before pictures soon. Only been doing it two weeks so far but I'm enjoying the workouts and the feeling after it.

That's good I like to hear other bike riders into fitness. I've been working for two years now. I try to get in 5-6 days if possible. I have a small athletic cut built but i know alot of weight training and gym knowledge. Are you taking any preworkouts or supplements?

Good for you man. Hell, I used to be a gym rat and had my bodyfat down to 9.somthing percent (which is an achievement for me since I come from a large family and can get fat if I really don't watch what I eat). Now I can't seem to find the motivation to get to the gym at all. Keep us updated on your progress, maybe it will even get me going again.

Good job man. I started in May with the Stronglifts 5x5 and it feels good to be doing something. Just finished some vacation and will be back in the gym Friday.

I take jack3d as my pre workout drink it feels real good when you're working out. Something a little stronger i tried is called noxipro.
And if you ever are interested in some real good mass/cutting pro hormones(safe word) I can get some for you.

good for you Rojer! being athletic and in fit seems to be a lot of work these days....I know, I was there and still am to a degree, but recently joined LA Fitness. you won't see me on a treadmill or lifting weights, but you may see me swimming or playing raquetball. Do excercises you enjoy and it makes it 100 x's easier to stick to the plan.

I was going to recommend P90X but i see you are already at 24.

It realy works though, especially if you are eating right. Actually aything will work as long as you stick with it. i just like P90X cuz I got some quick results.

congrats!:D

I was taking jack3d too, thinking it was helping me out a lot. But for the past 4 weeks I've been working out without it and the only difference is I feel sleepy instead of alert. It was probably just the caffeine in it.

What 24hour do you go to?

What 24hour do you go to?

Normally the one in Clear Lake off Bay Area. But I've recently started going to the one off 646 on I-45

N.O. xplode or superpump is the stuff I couldnt remember what I'm waiting for in the mail to start taking pre-workout.

On a side note, I really started working out in March and went about 2 or 3 times a week until June. June I went to Vegas and took the WHOLE month off hehe and half of July so I've really been back on hard every since I got back. Just seeing so many hotties there with buff guys makes me wanna look like a douche bag

So anyway I've been every day this week except today although I went around 11pm the day before. and I guess since it's 4am I'll be going again soon as I can fall asleep and then wake up.

I've got some before pictures Just waiting on the after ;) maybe a week into next month. :thumb:

Judging by your avatar I would stay you should stick with eating, instead of prohormones. The problem with does not look like you were able to retain the mass.

Good deal. I should really start keeping a journal. I really need to kick it into gear and get going again. I was going great, 5 days a week, for about 6 weeks or so. But then they closed my apt gym for renovations for 2 weeks, then I just kind of went a little here and there. Moved now and the gym isn't as diverse at my new apt. It has enough for me to get started again for the next couple weeks to a month, I just need to get my ass moving again and get in the schedule. Then probably pick up a membership at 24hr. Just sucks that the best one in terms of location for me is a super sport or someshit (midtown), and membership is $40 something for access to ONLY that location. Lame.

I like NoXsplode, that stuff gives you so much focus and for some reason I don't get bored while I work out.

I work out there too :hello: You may have seen me in full leathers

I went to the one on 646 and I don't like it. Who wants to walk up and down stairs? :yeahno: No offense to anyone here but the people that work out @ 646 are like the people that work out at Ballys - total social scene. Nobody is interested in working out right/hard...everyone is just interested in chatting, wasting time. I live in TX City and drive to the Bay Area Blvd location everyday for a reason.

Ha! Nope. Never seen anyone in full leathers. I just started working out there, and only hit it about 3-4 times a week after work. My workouts are centralized more around running/swimming/biking.:)

Well I workout at the 24hr on Bay Area Blvd every morning around 10am or so for about 1 1/2 hours :hello: I am usually on the recumbant bike/treadmill or in the freeweights area. When I workout there, I am usually in the accord (see signature) or a black 650r I park on the sidewalk near the entrance :computer: Introduce yourself and I will show you my legs ;) haha

The thing is I am out of town quite a bit (in Arkansas right now and in Philadelphia next week for 2 weeks) so I only workout there when I am in town.

I have seen Rojer before @ Bay Area 24hr...

Ugh so i just got back from a late night workout and I had planned on staying there 2 hours and only made it 1. Apparently I tweaked something in my neck and although it doesnt "hurt" Its enough to make me think twice about working out my back so I ended up just doing my legs today and went home early.

I'll have pictures posted in a couple of days if I see enough of a result I havent looked at my before pictures in a while.

Omw to the Good Gym... Had another bad experience with clear lake *seems the only time I go there is when I can't sleep at 2am and don't feel like going all the way to 646. But now I most likely will go there full time it's just better in every way!

Seriously, Clear Lake is a better 24hr fitness than 646.

Gym? 1hr walking/jogging at the park plus 1hr playing basketball does the trick...I lost 29lb during this 2 month period...

you're fkn high

So I have plenty of before and after pictures now but I haven't uploaded the before pictures and that kinda defeats the purpose of the after ones :eekspin:

I'd upload em now but the before ones are only on my laptop  and I'm on my desktop. C'est la vie.

I'll get em up soon
