Stunting advice

I just got my bike on the streets and rode it the first time today. I have an 03 yzf600r with a one down and eight up setup.though. I was looking for suggestions on suspension settings on the front forks for doing 3rd gear pre loads ?? I am use to clucthing a zx9 thats what i use to have its alot diffrent. Antoher ? i had was what is the lowest tire psi you would run on the streets to ride on one wheel.

on the street i'd ride around 20 psi...parking lot i'd set it at 10psi
