Question to you guys. So I've been having extreme abdominal pain for the past few days. Been nauseus and throwing up but no fever what could be wrong?

It's sharp pains mainly on the right side right by my belly button. Tried eating but just came up. Guess I'll go to the er

Drink a couple of capfuls of Apple Cider Vinegar in some juice and see if it goes away in an hour. That's if it's food poisoning. And don't laugh people, that chit works.

im not saying thats what it is but if your appendix ruptures you need to have it removed.

If your appendix ruptures it can be life threatening. Anytime there is extreme pain its a good idea to go to the ER

Could be your gall bladder too...my dad had sharp, almost heart-attack-like pains because his gall bladder got infected. It's the most painful thing he has ever experienced in nearly 70 years...goto the doctor and keep us updated.
