Like it says, its an o4 R6:

My bike has new plugs and new coils, and my problems seemed to have been fixed. Now when I ride more than an hour or so on the highway, when i pull off to a red light or something, first gear sputters like it did when my coils were bad. At low temps, and when Ive first started the bike and not run an hour or more on the highway, it runs and gets going in 1st flawlessly. I also notice that when it starts its higher temp sputtering, when I get going around 4k rpm in 1st or 2nd, when I get on it and run it up to about 12-13k rpm, the power fades in and out. It may pull real hard from 4-6k, then weaken from 6-8/9k, and then pull hard again until about 11k and then weaken again. I'm sick and tired of dealing with my shop, and am hoping someone on here has had this problem, or can help me identify it.

Also, if anyone come over and help me fix it, I'll buy the beers or some pizzas or something in addition to payin them for helpin.

Desperately wanting a solid running bike,

Doyle

As Charles said, check your battery and charging system. In particular check out the plug at your reg / rec. R6s are notorious for having charging system issues / running problems due to weak spark.
How many miles are on your bike / what mods have you done?
