electrical nightmare

I have a 2001 gsxr 1000. The bike is shutting off completely losing all power at about 6k rpm in 1st gear and if it goes past that then it might shutdown at around 8/9k rpm at around 110/120 mph. Checked stator its charging. checked relay switch and regulator. Somebody help me don't know what else to try.

ok when your riding does the whole bike just shut off? is your bike carb? probaly not

every time you would start it does it start fine

becasue i used to have a 97 gsxr-750 and it was carb, and every time i would hall some ass it would just choke up and just die on me becasue they said that i wasnt getting enough gas throw my carb and plus they said it was bad, so dude i would just take it to a dealer sorry you cant ride i know how you feel

Is the FI light coming on? Sounds like either it's running out of fuel or air.
How does the air filter look?
Does it still have the SET valve on the exhaust? Is it working properly?
Are the secondary throttle butterfiles actuating properly?

my friend had same problem it was his kick stand it was moving around and it would cause the bike to shut off ! just in case u never know !
