i got an 04 gsxr 600, i was thingking about putting a yoshimura slip on . Will that make the bike run worse, becasue if it does then i rather jsust wait and get a full exhaust? Also do i need power commander for slip on?

no you don't need a power commander, and the only performance gain you might see with a slip on is about 2 or 3 horsepower.. maybe.

also, your stock full exhaust is fine, unless you plan on racing it... even then that money could be better spent.

but it won't make it run worse, because i'm not really concern about the performance aspect of it, jsut wanted something that look good and sounds a lil better than stock

nah it won't make it run worse, if anything better.

if you want something that sounds really good, check out the M4's. I listened to many of them and that's the one I liked... it had a deeper sound.

i say save money and drill a couple of holes into the stock exhaust. it will make a deeper tone and best of all. it's free. i rather get some v-stack with that money though.

Dont go full exhuast unless u r racing it. full exhaust systems take advantage of the upper rpm range. lower rpm range will have flat spots it. which will suc 4 street use. Slip-ons are the way to go for street use.
