Alarm/remote start help

i got an alarm from broke nasty,i need help on installing the remote starter wire...i ran it to the starter straight and it would pop the fuse on the alarm box,then i ran it to the solenoid wire that comes from the starter button,but that didn't work..i'm kinda clueless on how to make this work...heres a link for the wiring diagram if it helps
