If you are failing to put more fiber in your diet, I would suggest these food items shown below.

Prunes
Raisins
Brown Rice
High-Fiber Cereal
Pasta
Oat Bran
Apricots
Pinto Beans (I know a really good recipe that is yummy)
Broccoli
Apples

Those are just to name a few! When your bowel movements don't happen easily, you might want to take a look at what you are putting on your plate.
Don't let your diet consist only of meat, eggs and dairy products. Those foods don't have fiber! Add Veggies and Fruit to your diet and you will be feeling a little bit more natural. :thumb: :hello:

collard greans

take the vein out (optional) and wash and cut to pieces/strips that are only a couple inches wide.

Put in large cooking vessil with about a half inch of water at the bottom. add about half a cup of your favorite veniger (I like red wine) and your favorite seasnonings, and a tad of oil.

Cook till boiling then cover and let simmer for 10 min with an occasional stir.

almost zero calories, lots of nutrition, and lots of fiber. Don't pull the vein out for max fiber. Supposedly also has anti cancer junk in it too.

big ass clump of greens is about $.75 at HEB.

I got the best idea right here. fiber one cereal has 51 percent of the daily value of fiber in one cup. eat two cups of that cereal a day and you're done. each cup has 13g of dietary fiber and 3 grams of soluable fiber. eat two cups bam you're done.
