Is anyone a fitness connection member?
They're running a friends and family promotion where I would just have to name the member that referred me to fitness connection and they give me membership for $10 a month without any contracts.
If someone can help me out please pm me.
Thanks!!

My gf used to work there and kept telling me how shitty the deals were and how it's a huge rip off....
How is $10 a month a rip off again? I pay $22 at 24

I am playing on signing up today :thumb:
I have two other memberships, have stuff at home and a workout facility 200ft away from me but the most important thing about a gym is having peeps there to work out and motivate you :thumb:

Me and four other of my friends work out there... this should be fun. We usually hit the one in the woodlands anywhere from 6-8

I went to several "Fitness Connections" outside of Texas. Pretty decent gym...I'd say 2nd best to Golds/24hr Fitness if you are true to your fitness goals and don't want to waste any time being 'social'.

I may be convinced to do 1 personal training day a week to work the muscles I normally wouldnt work myself.

I hope they're better than the people at LA Ftiness. I haven't yet asked for a session as, from what I've seen, the trainers at both of the locatiosn I use are a fvcking joke.

Lol. I'm sure the ninja part motivated cali too.
At the LA Fitness at the Marq-E there was an obese female trainer for while. Something about that doesn't sit right with me.

lol
This guy found a workout plan that works for him. What I like is on my own I wont be doing lunges, crunches, pushups... etc etc in constant rotation until I simply cannot breath etc.
I am considering keeping him for a once a week session on Thursdays; I need to be well enough to work and these workouts will help my legs(which I neglect horribly) but allow me to do my own cardio/upperbody throughout the week.

i wonder how long till other gyms start going out of business cause 10 dollars a month is way to low for to deny. and now that they are putting new gyms up it's a matter of time. i think ballys will be the first to go.

If you have a minimal staff and not paying for any personal trainers on duty.... all you need to cover is electricity and lease. As of the 1st they are now charging 20-30/month.
