k, so i started a very physically demanding job. i work about 12 hours a day, and im thinking of tryin to squeeze a couple more hours of work into the day. (it pays good). i can take breaks whenever i need to, but i lose money whenever im not working. this is my 2nd season on the job. it lasts about 2 more months.

anyways, this time around, i am staying completly off the energy drinks. i got myself a small carry cooler, and bring food etc. i got the whey protien powder stuff from walmart, im sure there are better brands but im a rookie. i do that mixed with 2% milk in the am. i was drinking like about 20 oz or so of that in the morning cause im getting used to drinking milk again, i might double that. i have a bagel with cream cheese and apple slices for breakfast after that. i bring a couple hard boiled eggs to snack on. i bring a sandwhich, like turkey and cheese with tomato on wheat. then a banana. grapes for a refreshing energy snack late in the day. once i get home i have a regular dinner, but too big.

i would like to have extra energy throughout the day, and maybe some more mental focus later in the day when i start to wear out.

sooo..

i was thinking of getting a juicer blender thing, and adding banana to my morning drink maybe pop a vitamin in it. im wondering what else would go well in there. what other foods should i bring? i feel like i got too much fruit and not enough meats.

btw, i am about 5'11 or 6'0 probably 155 lbs. i dont need to lose weight. i wouldnt mind trading 5 or so pounds of fat for muscle, but im not worried about that. just want to have energy and keep feeling healthy.

yup, peanut butter makes 'em taste better especially chocolate flavored powders. Yogurt thickens the shake.
I typically mix (in a blender) ice; water; powder; 1 yoplait yogurt (flavor of choice) and 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter.

I do vanilla powder with strawberries or bananas in it.

If I get chocolate, I just drink it plain. Yeah, it gets old, but doesnt taste too bad.

powder
1 spoon peanut butter
4-5 frozen strawberries
1 banana
little bit of vanilla flavored soy milk
ice (I use lots b/c I like mine thick)
spoon full of local honey
fiber powder

be sure to get a good blender though. The cheaps ones can mix this up.
