What site do yall use to find out how much calories you're taking in and how much you're burning? I've been going on a 3500 cal diet for the past 3 weeks trying to bulk... I lose 2 lbs... I guess I'm just exercising too much, so I want to find out exactly what I need to eat to gain more. It's something like an excess of 3000 calories over the course of a week to get like half a lb right?

well I looked it up, it turns out you have to have an excess(or deficity) of 3500 calories a week to gain(or lose) a pound. It turns out our scale is broken, and I'm not losing weight, but I don't know how much I've gained because it may have been broken when I first measured myself. Anyways, you can write down the information on food and how much you've worked out at http://www.fitday.com . It seems like a good site... you can't set your goal weight higher than it is currently which seems kind've dumb, but regardless, it looks nice. I added in all my food today and I ate over 5200 calories O_o. Hopefully I'll be at my goal weight soon. Hope this info helps some other people
