So many bikes being stolen this month alone, this has to be a person that has a way of moving lots of bikes out of the state or country, i wouldn't be surprised to see a container full of stolen bikes at the port ready for export. If you live in an apartment and park your bike outside, please invest in a big chain and lock it, try to make it as hard as possible for these thieves to take your bike!

I keep my chained up under the apartment covered parking. I placed a sign on it that states "my pager will go off if you try to take it and when it does a .223 round will be entering your skull" it has worked well...try that on your next bike...but yeah i would put a round in someones head quick and fast if they tried to steal my bike!

05 and 06 are almost identical. The swingarm is 1" longer on the 06, but that is about it. Why do you want an 06? A tad bit less wheelie prone with the longer swingarm but basically the same appearance and performance.

Posting up anything to bump a thread about a theft will only make thieves more weiry about riding it around. Most everyone contacting me about thefts have stayed quiet and we are able to deal w the info accordingly. Its also how we are meeting cops w vendettas out for bike theft and willing to focus attention on the situation.
