Please be careful. There is very little information on what is actually in this and what side effects there are (there are always side effects). You do not want to lose 12 lbs now and screw up your GI track, liver, give yourself cancer, etc. later.
This "supplement" is primarily intended to curb appetite and as such may not be as bad as some of the other drugs that block absorption or attempt to increase metabolism. Be careful to not skip eating as this may lead to low blood sugar, which can cause dizziness and motor skill impairment. You may want to talk to your doctor to get his/her input and monitor your bloodwork. Remember Arsenic and Botulism are "All Natural."
The best answer is still eat less and move more. So if you cant give up food you will need to move a lot more. If you chose to do this I wish you the best luck.

yeah years ago i took phentermine, its actually a controlled substance for obese ppl and i bought it over the internet before it became illegal. and i lost a lot of weight fast. i know that its not really healthy to do that. but im one of those ppl that will force myself to eat something even if im not hungry because i know if i dont i will get sick. just how my body is. but thanks for the advice! :thumb:

i cant find too much info about this otc pill... but it is in fact an otc supplement and as such is not controlled by the fda. thus they can put whatever they want into it, and say it does whatever they want. Ive tried more fatburners than i can count. The ONLY ones that have ever actually help me boost my metabolism or curb my appetite contained ephedra.

Cool, I'm glad you have thought about this. If you don't consult a physician then do yourself a favor and insure that your weight loss does not exceed 2-3 lbs/week. Anything faster and you are probably losing muscle mass more than just fat. (end suggestion)
Begin rant,
Women just won't listen to the guys that like curves. :angry7:If you are not clinically obese or close and you are healthy some of us really do like voluptuous women.:thumb:
End rant,
Now to get attacked by the slimmy only crowd.:gesture:
Begin.

haha nice rant! but at the same time, you have to like the way you look and be confident with yourself and your body without confidence it doesnt matter how skinny, voluptuous, curvy over weight you are. thats just my opinion anyways.

Stuff is a waste of money, all of that crap is. Its just messes with your metabolism and yes you might lose a few lbs but you will gain it back and it will probably only be water weight in the end. But thats how the health industry works and makes the money.
If there was a magic pill dont you think we would all be skinny? Just saying

i agree! the people that spend money on the easy solutions are the ones that most certainly fail in the long run. if you want to look better and feel healthier, then eat better and exercise. its that simple.

I know a girl who got the lap band. He lost a few lbs and that all. She still manages to get her 4k cals a day. She has to eat smaller portions or super fatty shit now.

I dont believe in plastic surgery to loose weight. Its not that easy and if you still cant eat healthy you will gain it back.

Remember Arsenic and Botulism are "All Natural."
Also remember that botulism, when administered by a doctor with a needle, is considered a beauty cure-all. :keke:

In my opinion... yes. Im not saying i think thats what she should do by any means.
Im just pro plastic surgery. thats all. I dont believe botox or any of that is "all natural" by anymeans... but i still think its a nice temporary solution; cheaper, and much less abrasive then plastic surgery.
Just something about getting some lipo, waking up a few hours later... and taking it easy for a couple weeks is better in my opinion then having to work out every day and restrict yourself from some of the best foods everyday...for months for results.....
oh, and not saying i think ppl should go joan rivers or anything, but a lil lift here and lil suck there... i dont think is that bad...

Yeah but I like to look at the health aspect too. Just because you are skinny doesnt mean by a long shot that you are healthy. I would rather restrict what I eat and try and eat clean and live a long life in which i can still be active at 70 or even longer instead of taking the easy way out to just try and be skinny and by the time I am 50/60 lookin like and old lady who can hardly do anything active.

I hear ya, but one thing to keep in mind... Some ppl actually may eat healthy and just have a portion sizing problems. Some may still be heavy but yet healthy. Not everyone over weight is from unhealthy food choices.
Myself included... im not fat. But im 'thick'. However, my favorite foods are meats/proteins, veggies, fruits, and some dairy. I eat very healthy for the most part. But i still run into the problem of over eating :-/..
Therefore, i can have my cake and eat it too :keke:
I can be healthy and look well kept with age... along with having a lil snip snip action.
+1 i totally agree with you on this!
great minds think alike
