...AND RideSmart has gladly accepted.

As of today, it is a great pleasure for us to announce that we have added more MSRH track days to our riding regiment.
MSRH management discussed changes in their event line up with us. They had shown us some newly available time slots, and after a brief evaluation, we accepted the presented dates.

RideSmart has decided to pick up the following:

AUGUST 22, 2009
SEPTEMBER 12, 2009
OCTOBER 3, 2009

So as you see, a great school, and a great road course, when they get together, they create a perfect opportunity for some insane riding, right in your back yard. Those riders not in the vicinity of Houston, will also find this a very satisfying track venue. Great facilities, awesome track configuration, makes this a sweet combination for any motorcycle enthusiast. One truly worth the drive.
As usual, our prices remain the same. You still get the included classroom and track instruction.
We have been experiencing exceptional turn outs for parade laps, and we will welcome more at any of our events, including these newly added dates.

With the ever increased interest in RideSmart, it only made sense to give you something close to your homes. We hope these additions will be to your liking. Take out your calendars and start penciling things in....with the participation we have already seen at this track during our events, these new dates are sure to attract a lot of attention.

As always, if you have questions, please let us know.

Good stuff.

I am sure there will be questions about the conflicting schedule, as obviously these dates are on another groups schedule.

www.msrhouston.com does confirm these date on their website, so good enough for me.

I love MSRH. :D Even though it is the only track that I ever crash at....and ironically, I know it the best.

2-day events are VERY difficult to make work (w/o losing your ass ). They can be done occaisionally, but generally speaking hosting 2-day events is not smart, financially. We are having a 2-day at TWS in October, but it's the weekend before the last race weekend at TWS. But if you just start booking 2-day events all the time, bad things happen (see TTD)

...true, but when you have to spend close to 20K on a weekend, you look at it from a very different point of view, especially when it is you that fronts the money...lol.

We will see what we can do, but for now, the 2 day weekends that we have on the books won't be changing.

Take care.
