Ive heard its pretty good. Ive tought about trying it my self to get some muscle but I dont even think I could commit my self to actually doing it. Ive seen some videos on You Tube of people that use it and then show the pictures of them along the progress, it seems to work pretty well. Unless even the You Tube videos are part of a scam, but I doubd it.

If you dont mind me asking. How hard is it really? What kind of exercises do they make you do? Like I said, Ive heard some people say that its insane but I wanna know from someone thats actually tried it
hmm intresting, i bet its easier if you have a work out partner that provides motivation, i gotta check this out

It's mostly free weight exercises, but you do a whole bunch of reps and sets. Each session has 4 section if I remember correctly and each section has a different exercise for each muscle group in that particular video. Plus a warm up session and a cool down session.

i have the vids too. I think the reason most people cant do it is because they are either using too much weight or are trying to do too many reps. Also its a fuggin long work out if you do one muscle group and abs its well over an hour.
Im going to give it a whirl next month.

I'm on day 9, and plan to make all 90 days. It's challenging, but definately easy to accomplish if you use moderation during the workouts. FWIW, I'm not using it to lose weight. . .I'd rather strengthen my core and tone up. NO ONE IS GOING TO LOSE 40-50 POUNDS WITHOUT A SERIOUS DIET CHANGE!!!!!

I will tell you my experience with it. I'm 5'10 230# with a 32" waist and have about 14% body fat. I hit the gym 4-5 days a week and bench 400#. Im no slouch when it comes to working out. I will also admit to taking suppliments of all kinds. It kicked my azz! I have only done a few of the videos. I bought it for my wife mostly. I did a few with her. That shit is hard as hell. I think anyone could benefit greatly from it. Its gonna be hard to stick with without serious motivation and a partner would be the best.
Has any one tried this? I have heard of pople useing this and loseing like 40-50 lbs....I've never heard a motorcycle manufacturer make that claim (keeping thread Moto Related :D)

I didnt see anyone doing the diet they included. Its a bunch of funky stuff. I eat right and will eat almost anything. I still couldnt follow their diet. Just follow another reasonable diet.
I have the DVD's aswell and its a b*tch, lol..
if they were 30min vids I could probably stick with it since the only time I really have to do it is in the morning before I go to work

I'm on the second stage of it, almost day 60, about to go to the third stage. It's pretty brutal. I haven't lost much weight but I lost a bunch of body fat.

WOW! I might be the first person to have gone through it 90+ days!! WOOT!!
I had a good experience with it. I lost 20 lbs during the time, and that equaled about 5-7% body fat. This is using their diet plan.
The workouts are NO JOKE!! Every workout is circuit training based, so you get hardly any rest between exercises, and you get a 30 second-1 minute break maybe a couple times in the 1 hour video. A typical week for the first month is something like this... (Monday through Saturday)
Chest and Back
Plyometrics
Biceps and Arms
Yoga
Legs and Back
Kenpo X
All of those workouts are serious. You wouldn't think yoga is very hard, but you couldn't be more wrong!! LOL All in all, I'll give the program outstanding marks because I'm still doing it! lol I probably won't ever workout in a gym again, unless I'm just trying to put on a lot of muscle or meet people. Hope this helps.....

This is just the next leg of my brain washing procedure. Once she tries this and sees how hard it is, she will think twice about those Lucky Charms for breakfast....I will soon have her down to 500-600 cals a day...LOL:rofl: She will be living on a diet of water and low cal protein shakes....

On week 3 right now. If you eat right, stay dedicated and work hard you will see results. I can see some results right now but in 90 days I'll know more. It will not only help with strength and losing weight, but also flexibility and balance. The nutrition plan comes with a straight forward plan to follow (can be time consuming though) or you can pick from lists what you should be eating and plan your own meals (less time to prepare and plan, this is what I do). For nutrition, you don't do calorie deficit. You're suppose to eat enough calories based on your size but it's much healthier food and coupled with exercise everyday you naturally lose weight. Losing 40-50 lbs in 90 days seem excessive, and perhaps unhealthy, though the few folks I know who have done it have lost a good bit. The plan comes with 3 different routes so you can do the "classic", "doubles" which adds additional cardio for those looking to lose more weight, and "lean" for those not wanting to do as much weight training. I won't lie though, it takes discipline to push play everyday when workouts average 1 hour and 15 minutes.
