I'm gonna write a bill, and we are the senate, and so we will each have the floor for our turn to make an amendment to said bill, you may only edit the bill if you have been recognised, if you are not recognised you are free to discuss said bill, but you may not alter the bill, we will do this until all have been dissatisfied, then we will pass the bill.
Bonus points will be awared for focusing on the trivial aspects of the bill with possibilities of losing your seat in the senate for those who focus TOOO much on the major issues at hand. (Just like in real life)
Justifications must be given for any change made.
