Dont take the two together. Take the no-explode before you workout and take the whey immediately after you work out, and through out the day. Protien may be too much for you body to process try eating a sandwich or something with fiber in it.

a 200lb man can process about 30 grams of protein every 3 hours. just because the bottle say take 3 scoups doesnt mean u have to. try maybe just one scoup immediately after working out then about an hour or two later eat so food, steaks are allways taste better then a protein shake ne ways =]

i will take the supplement the way that fits me best. I should have mentioned (although it sounds like it) that this isnt my first ball game. I've just never experienced this side effect. I take scoop earlier in the day, and 2 scoops after my workout. With protein bars serperated throughout the day

it is not surprising, whey concentrate gives me major gas pains, major gas and some good shits usually. I cannot stomach it, and cheap whey is usually concentrate. isolate does me better, and blends do better still.

There is a lot of Bro-science out there, and I am pretty confident our bodies are a lot more than just a machine....i figure if a doc prescribes 60 grams at a time it is probably possible to digest even more as needed.

lol these claims make me smile:D
to the OP. try a little bit better Whey isolate like ON gold (still cheap too). tastes good and mixes well in water. if you are just getting into it, try maybe spreading the intake out abit to make it easier on your tumtum
