rear shock cbr f3

Anyone here know if the rear shock for the 95-96 cbr 600 f3 is the same as for 97-98?
I found someone selling a new fox twin clicker for 95-96 f3, not sure if the shock will work for my 97.
Also is this a decent upgrade shock? I need a new shock for the rear but don't feel like spending a fortune.

Fox makes a good shock, I'm pretty sure it will worf fine on your bike.

Pretty sure that the 95-96 are interchangable with the 97-98. I've heard of people putting an F4 shock on a F2. Raises up the back quite a bit though.

the shock that I had found turned out to have too stiff a spring for me so I did not get it. However I found that fox does have different part numbers for 95-96 cbr f3 and 97-98 cbr f3 rear shocks so if anyone finds out that anything is different in these two sets of years in the rear suspension let me know.
